Second Class Recorded Delivery (2-3 days not guaranteed): £4.99
First Class Recorded Delivery (1-2 days not guaranteed): £5.99
Next Day Delivery: £10 (Please note to guarantee next day delivery order must be placed before 2pm and excluding weekends)
Saturday Delivery: £15 (Please note to guarantee Saturday delivery order must be placed by 2pm Friday)

It is essential to do this prior to signing or accepting the delivery. Please note that once you have signed for and accepted the package, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any concerns related to the packaging, such as tampering or damage incurred after your acceptance. This policy is in place to protect both parties and maintain the integrity of our products. In the rare event that you do observe any issues with the packaging, we kindly ask you to bring it to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately. They will assist you in documenting the problem, and together, you can decide on the appropriate course of action. This may involve refusing the delivery or contacting our customer support team for further guidance.

We are not liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Any orders which are undeliverable will be returned to us by the courier. Any costs involved in the return of any undeliverable orders may be charged to the customer and will be subtracted from any refund due.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
